There's PROBABLY a program like this on a list somewhere but I can't be buggered to sort through them at this time.
So, my request is 'simple'. I need a program that allows an .avi/.mpg to have each and every frame selected and ripped into .jpg/.png/what have you.
IE - No more guess work with VLC player *shudder* so much wasted time for a low quality rip.
Must be compatable with downloaded music videos and such, (it's just so much easier to download a music video from the artists site than to pay 2 bucks for it).
