Can i fold an instance on both of my two cores? If i can, would someone please explain it to me?

Yes you can. Make two folders for FAH, place a copy of the F@H console version in each folder. During setup, make sure you give each instance a different computer number. I'll check around here for a post about setting up multiple instances.
