Open up the laptop, take out the CMOS battery, wait a minute then put it back in. Make sure you've taken out the main laptop battery and disconnected it from the mains first.

Erm, you're question doesn't really make any sense. How can we give you a list if you set it and forgot it? It could be ANYTHING, litterally.
