I am new here and need some help. I plan to start a dating site and I found free script on www.tufats_free_spamming_system. I downloaded it but I still don`t know how to use it. Can someone help me?

Well I have done some basic html before but I neved hosted I site and also I need some advices about hosting (prices and etc...)
