I just bought a samsung yp-z5 and installed it and my windows media says it does not recongnise my device please help me!

Hi, I know your message was posted ages ago, but I now have the same problem with an old laptop I am using. I didn't save the driver disc and was trying to download it from the internet but windows doesnt' seem to support the file (exe)....so was wondering if you have found a solution yet? Would be great if you could tell me if you have! Thanks
