ID3 Tags

So, I've got my laptop all set up, but the one thing I just stumbled upon that I can't figure out is the editing of ID3 tags. I transfered all of my music onto here with an install of Windows XP. However, when I go to edit the properties of my music, all I can change is the track numbers, and title. On my PC I can change the artist, title, track number, year, album, add comments, etc.

I was wondering if there was some option in Windows I may have had flipped off?

I'm looking on mine... Right click > Properties > Summary > Advanced

You cant do that on the lappy?

I'm saying that doesn't show the full ID3 tags on songs like it usually does. When I do that it only displays Track Number, Title, and Comments.
