Hi, i have had the mp3 player for around a month now and it been working fine. The problem i now have is that i cant delete any songs from it. I have tried deleting them through the drive and also through wmp. Both come up with a messeage after around 5 minutes saying the files cant be deleted. When i connect it with my usb cable it use to load up within seconds now it takes around 10/20 minutes to load. Please can someone help. Thanks :ukflag:

Put the player near a huge, powerful magnet!
NO, don't do that. Sorry, I don't know how to help in this situation. Consider this useless post a bump for your thread.

the only way i have found to delete tracks is to plug into your pc with the usb cable right click on the removeable/storage device, the select "open". All your tracks should then be shown, you can then right click on the track you don't want then select delete.Have you tried the reset button? If you are having other problems you can push a paper clip into the hole on the bottom.you will not lose any tracks that you have on the device.
