Anandtech has a review on both... the 7600GT is a rather sweet card, but the 7600GS is the best bang for your buck IMHO. However the GT is also considerably faster for $30 or so more.

I just bought a Gigabyte 7600GS with passive cooling. It's completely silent, and supposedly OC's about 100MHz on both core and memory.
