Decent Free WYSIWYG HTML/CSS Editor?

I can't install dreamweaver on my system here at work becuase of the licence, but if there are any free editors anyone has used and can recomend that'd be great. Just wanna do some HTML and CSS editing and I've gotten too used to editors and not notepad :O

Guess I've become too dependent on Dreamweaver:tongue2: But I haven't honestly been doing much either...

It has to be able to handle DIV tags too, that is actually the most important thing.

FYI, I found a couple, one called AMAYA which is made by the W3C and one called NVU, I think I'll work with both of them and do a couple reviews while I am at it :P
