Win logon screen shows SHUT DOWN COOL instead of shut down computer

i have a typical problem, as i start my computer the win logon screen shows up, at the left side down corner shows "shut down computer" in the very usual way. but once i hibernate my system or log off to different user, the same win logon screen appears and now at left corner the shut down computer link is changed to "SHUT DOWN COOL".
is it some spyware or a virus.
my system seems to have slowed down.
please help.

Right click on my computer and hit "Properties." Go to the "Computer name" tab and tell me what it says under "Full computer name."

one more problem. my window startup has slowed down a lot. kindly help me out. what should i send u to sort out the matter? any log file??
