IQ Test

Has anyone taken this test? I took it from Web.Tickle (http://web.tickle.com/tests/uiqnew/), they say its the most arcurate, and is certified. I took it, and made a 124 on it, not sure if that is very high or not, but my younger brother made a 118. You all should take it and post your scores, anyone have a chart that shows the ratings? I think a 150 is the highest, and iirc, below 70 and you are M.R.:buck:

I did a certified test around twenty years ago. I can't remember my score but it said it was high and I was invited to apply to MENSA. I never bothered because I thought it pointless. All an IQ test proves is how good you are at IQ tests. Now a test for common sense and intuition? that'd sort them out.

Same way I feel about the act, I dont see why so much importance is placed on it here in the states, it isnt exactly a hard test, because it is the same format every time, once you know the method to the test, then you can do well without knowing a lot. I think the colleges should make up some kind of rating system that equates your class rank, gpa, and hardness of courses you took into some kind of rating system.

Or just judge people by what they achieve in their life rather than some abritary rating system.

No, that would be silly...

Everyone should have a little meter installed on the side of their head. It would look like one of those 'hammer and bell' canival things (the digital ones with the rows of LEDs). As each person gets smarter the meter would rise very slowly toward the 100% mark. That way, everyone will know exactly how smart averyone else is, and we can create a social heirarchy based on the level of your smartometer.

Then, if it ever reaches 100%, a little siren with a bunch of lights will go off, and you'll never be required to listen to anyone elses opinion again.

Ah but, the lights would need to be on a bracket that could be swung around so the wearer could see them. I know loads of people who think their lights are already up to 100 percent.

what browser are you using? there were advertisements on mine, just banner ads at the top, but other than that everything was there. Those questions are meant to test your logic and see if you can draw conclusions.

122... I feel upset, I had one of these tests done to me in the 6th grade and got 137 and I didn't take it seriously... but I would suppose I am a bit dumber than I used to be as well.

I took it 3 times w/in a few weeks and got to 143 a few years back. I didn't feel any smarter though.:rolleyes2
