Sometimes my internet connection jsut goes out and I don't know what the problem is? Sometimes it's out for as long as 2 hours and sometimes just 2 minutes? What's the solution here?

You pick up the phone, dial their phone number, wait on hold for customer service, and then complain that your service is horrible.

You need to be a bit more spacific whats running when it goes out do you have a router are all the status lights on your modem and/or router correct.

If you don't have a router or its randomly dropping out its likely a isp problem.

edit: There phone number should be listed in the documentation they sent you.

My router lights stay on...my connection just fails. I'm 100% sure that the modem works properly.

1 - Is it DSL or Cable?

2 - Are you running a router with your DSL/Cable Modem? Or is it just the Modem?

3 - Has it been occuring since you got service? When did it start? How often does it happen; Daily? Weekly? Every couple hours?

It seems to happen when I run limewire but sometimes it shuts down even without limewire running. I have DSL and I'm running a D-Link router for DSL.
