Ok, I have a layout from a psd that I have sliced.

I dont want to do the layout in tables really. I know that there is a way to do it all with css. It has been a long time, and I cant find what I am looking for on the www.

To the best as I remember, you have to use div tags and the z index? I foget. I want to make the entire site on css, I dont want to use tables unless I absolutley have to.

Do you think that I should make it fluid? the layout really isnt, it is kind of fixed width. I could if I wanted to, but for now I think that I am gonna leave it fixed width. Though, I do want it to extend down as the content fills it up, which is just a vertical repeat right? like I said, it has been a long time. it is a two column layout, with Head, Nav, and footer that run the width.

A site would be great with a tutorial to refresh my memory.

I'm trying to remember. but I cant quite squeeze it out.
