I need to delete the operating system from a laptop of mine. It is a Compaq Presario 1700 PIII. The first time I used Compaq's Quick Restore Discs (3 of them) to delete the OS, but I needed to load up a temporary OS in order to show it was working, the thing is that I can't seem to be able to delete the OS with the same Quick Restore discs now, it keeps asking to insert a "Supplemental Disc" ?
