ntsystem.exe removal for a novice

Hey,

I saw a fairly long thread on the "ntsystem.exe", but I was having trouble making heads and tails of it.

I like to think I know a little about computers, but some of this went a little over the head.

I was just wondering if there was a quick or if I could get some detailed steps to get rid of this problem. Read somewhere that it could hijack game CD keys, and that would really tick me off.
