7300GT vs 6600

Both cards cost ~$75 and have 256mb 128bit RAM. Which of them would be better to buy?

The 7300GT only has a 64-bit memory Interface, while the 6600 sports a 128-bit interface allowing the 6600 to run a bit faster...

You can also OC the 6600 eaisly enough to reach the 350Mhz core ot match the 7300GT.
