All members who wanted a stars-only addition to your sigs, here you go:

http://www.teamshort-media.com/stats/generator/starsindex.html

You wouldn't believe how hard that was... it looks like all I did was hack out everything but the stars, but what I had to do was learn how every little piece of the sig generator works so that I could remove precisely the correct pieces while leaving other pieces they they were and making changes to others. It was like surgery... 374 lines of generator code down to 164... plus I had to hack apart several other files and add a whole new system to the stats update function. Now I must wait to go to bed until the next update to make sure I didn't mortally wound the stats.php file :p )

You can't post it in threads... it only works in sigs as the page very explicitly states ;)

whoa! wait a tic, I'll give it another shot. It was working fine on the dev server 10 minutes ago...

//edit: ok, wtf, it still works fine on dev... :hrm:

//edit2: omg, it's probably conflicting with the existing sigs. ARRRRGGGHHHH.... :banghead:

It's working (finally). I'm missing some of the sanity I started the night with. That is all.

Would there be a way so that when you pick the width it will show what it should look like. Like the sig gen does.

Well... yeah, theoretically I could put that bit back in, but is there a good reason for it? Everyone knows what the stars look like, and I'm not gonna set it up so that it will display your custom sig with it. It would just be random stars sitting there, which I didn't think was useful to anyone so I deleted it.

If you want it on the right, input the width. If you want it on the left, leave it as zero. If you want it centered, put half the width.

Some people dont have a good idea what the size of 100 pixels is. Just to see how it fits on the page.

Well they'll just have to guess for now, because I have a 600 page book to knock out between postings for this week :p I already spent about 2x as much time as I meant to on getting that thing working.
