MP3 List Maker - Recommended Program

I've got quite a few MP3s and I need to make a list of the album names as well as the songs. Anybody know a program (preferably freeware) that can make a list of all MP3s in a directory structure and output it to a text file, word doc, or even an html file?

go to Start/Run
Type in command, or cmd depending upon windows version.
get to the root directory.
Type: "dir /s > whatever.txt" where whatever is whatever you want to name the file. Change it to "dir *. /s >
