I'll comment when I have time. Also SGI has launched a patent infringement lawsuit against ATI which could cause them to stop shipping GPU's.

I think ATI will pay the fee to SGI if the infringement is true. The main thing is SGI and Nvidia have a partnership over this tech and Nvidia pays for it... Hence why SGI is going for ATI. To bad it will not help my SGI stock that was liquidated :( when they went into chapter 11
