Hi everyone,
As you have probably worked out from the title, this isn't a sure thing, that is why I am posting here. Recently the computers at my workplace have been crashing and bugging up very frequently, I have not had any direct experience in what these computers have been doing, however according to all spyware scanners they are said to be spyware free!

The main problems that I have been told of are that every time the computer tries to open a program, the entire computer locks up and becomes unusable. I have attached a HJT Log for you to look over, if there IS a virus, or any other steps I can take to fix this problem, please let me know. Any help is GREATLY APPRECIATED!

HJT Log:

Hi TheDark12, sorry for the delay.

The log is not showing anything malicious, so lets run some scans to see what they reveal.

Please do an online scan with Panda ActiveScan (http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/com/activescan_principal.htm)

- Once you are on the Panda site, click the Scan your PC button
- A new window will open...click the Check Now button
- Enter your Country
- Enter your State/Province
- Enter your e-mail address and click send
- Select either Home User or Company
- Click the big Scan Now button
- If it wants to install an ActiveX component allow it
- It will start downloading the files it requires for the scan (Note: It may take a couple of minutes)
- When download is complete, click on Local Disks to start the scan
- When the scan completes, if anything malicious is detected, click the See Report button, then Save Report and save it to a convenient location.

Post the contents of the Panda scan report, along with a new HijackThis Log. Also, let me know if the computer has a Firewall.
