I decided to do a little sleuthing and find out who's hitting up Short-Media the most... been a while since we took a look!
The standings were determined by number of pages served so far this month according to our stats software (discounting bots) and the range is from 1,800 - 6,000 :eek3:

You were around #13 :)
hey keebs cant you post a complete list to see where we all stand? That would be sweet!
I use two different IP address.... 131.225 (work) & 67.163 (home)... I wonder where I am on that list?
Yeah, that's all Thrax, I'm definitely in the bottom 10% of forum viewing I think.

where was I, I swear I live here sometimes.:D
I only browse the the pub, and if it views it from IPs rather than by name, then my viewing is cut into a third since I sometimes come on at work quickly or in class.
Keebs, how does my monthly activity go up if you register 198.22.122.118 with mine? That's my IP at work.

Those numbers can be wrong sometimes - for example, a user using AOL will have something like 4x-10x the amount of hits in the same session as a cable/dsl user due to caching, etc. If I use a site caching thing (or my ISP does) I am hitting 5-10 things at once, etc.
Just food for thought :p
thats not fair! i should be on that. oh well...maybe because i don't use a static ip....
:nudge: :nudge: :nudge: :nudge:

No, I can't do lookups easily, sorry :-/ I have the stats by IP address, and then I lookup the IP in the vB database (yeah, it took me a while to make that list). If I try doing it in reverse, I get a list of every IP you ever connect from, and would have to check them all, which I don't have time to do :-/ Also, the stats don't rank them, so I'd have to count through each record to find your place. So... basically if you give me an IP I can eyeball it :p
Like this....I use two different IP address.... 131.225 (work) & 67.163 (home)... I wonder where I am on that list?
Assuming you're the first 131.225 on the list, you're somewhere in the 20-25th range. There aren't any addys starting with 67.163 for a good ways down the list (at least a hundred I'd estimate) - I guess we know how you pass the work day! :p

Keebs, are my stats figured with both my home IP and work IP sat connections? Because they are both quite different, being through different sat broadband companies.
