I read Q4 for Socket "F" mobos, and Q2 for AM2+.

I just saw this roadmap earlier ...don't know how official it is or not.

Whats the difference between Q4 and Q2? And what would be a good motherboard that can be good for games and multi-tasking that I could upgrade with a AMD Quad-core processer when the time comes?

Q4 is the fourth quarter of the fiscal year, and Q2 is the half-way point.

No one knows what a quad-core capable AMD board will be. Not even AMD knows right now.
