Thursday morning and alot is going on around the web. Lets see what they got for us all...
"With many different variations on the standard, and much beloved, Chieftech/Chenming-based cases it’s easy to get lost in the shuffle of the many different manufacturers who use these cases as a basis to build off of. Put some lights here, a window there. Another fan here some front I/O ports, and now you start to give a second look. Aspire International, a relative newcomer to the ‘case race’ is trying to set itself apart; and they’re doing this in a few ways with their X-Alien."

"I have been looking around the market recently for some BGA cooling solutions, for cooling the so called 'hotspots' on my motherboard. Such as the southbridge, mosfets, and clock generators, to name just a few parts which give off more heat than you would think, especially in an overclocked system. Cooling these parts of your system, effectively, should allow you to gain a greater FSB, provided your northbridge and CPU are up to it."

"Thermaltake has a new heatsink fan combo for the new Athlon 64 and Opteron processors. This new model is very similar in design to their Extreme Volcano 12 heatsink with similar features such as the two fan speed controllers and the same 72.92 CFM Fan."

"What happened so far? Did Nanotherm do anything about this? Yes they did, and there will be no doubts that Nanotherm is back on top. Nanotherm will be introducing advanced corrosion inhibitors. Please look below at the end of this message for the press releases. This will be a preparation method before using the PCM+ or any TIM for that matter. Nanotherm has said that it is releasing a new and improved version of the PCM+..."

"Everyone has heard about SATA. Serial ATA is the new standard in hard drive interface technology and is already taking over for PATA. SATA has many benefits such as a faster theoretical transfer rate of 150Mbps as opposed to PATA at 133Mbps, smaller connection cable that provides better airflow of air circulation and minimizes cable clutter. However PATA is widely available and will be here for a while".

"Perhaps that's the cause of my insomnia as well. Those darn fans! I couldn't just disconnect them as my computer's cooling would definately suffer, and turning my computer off completely wasn't really an option either... I found something that could potentially return my sanity and my sleep! The Zalman Fan Controller Panel..."

"It's time for Tier 2 of our Intel 865PE Springdale Head to Head articles which this time compares two Pentium 4 based motherboards from MSI and Chaintech."

Power supply units have really taken on some attention over the past year. Triple fans, quad fans, LED fans, automatic speed control, manual fan speed control and on and on. Lots of attention to the fans if you hadn't guessed already. Some other areas of power supply units have gone without that same attention to their finer details until now. Thermaltake has brought out the latest in their Purepower series.
