Regedit problems for ie7

okay i have sp2 and upgraded to ie7

i followed the advice on this page
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;834489
to re-enable the feature

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\FeatureControl\FEATURE_HTTP_USERNAME_PASSWORD_DISABLE

or

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\FeatureControl\FEATURE_HTTP_USERNAME_PASSWORD_DISABLE

but neither of these work since for the local machine one the
FEATURE_HTTP_USERNAME_PASSWORD_DISABLE
is missing and for the current user the
FEATURE_HTTP_USERNAME_PASSWORD_DISABLE
is missing
