Eweek has an interesting report up about Windows 'Longhorn', and what it will actually turn out to be. It seems there is a lot of pressure on Microsoft, not just by the consumers but by company developers as well, to make sure this next Windows version (set for release in a couple of years time), will solve all the inherent problems previous Windows OS's contain.
Even developers who are 100 percent committed to the Microsoft platform are complaining that its inherent weaknesses are killing them.
