Question about internet browsers

For some reason my comp doesn't play any sound from youtube.com nor myspace music... i have no idea what i did to this thing...but it doesnt work anymore..suprisingly enough.... gamespot videos work perfectly

It's likely a configuration issue w/ your MM (multimedia) player(s).

What player works at gamespot?

It often happens that a MM player will "update" and, in the process, usurp other MM players... In which case, they will need to be re-configured. This is an on-going battle between software companies who want to dominate your desktop w/ their apps (bumping the other guys outta the picture).

iTunes (Woops! I mean QuickTime) of late is especially bad about this...

If you remember what player normally worked at those sites, configure your remaining players browser auto-play settings to be disabled. Then go back to the player that should be playing the streaming MM and make sure it is set for browser auto-play. (need to know which players we're dealing w/ in order to be more specific...)
