If all goes according to schedule, Company Of Heroes (http://www.companyofheroesgame.com) may be the first commercial game released with DirectX 10 support.
The DirectX 10 patch will make the game look better as some of the eye candy built into the game is only possible on DX10. The game should render faster and run quicker too. Look out for the patch toward the end of March 2007. (http://www.theinquirer.net/default.aspx?article=37071)
