Hi ppl. I have two pc's at home that I have networked through wireless. How do I completely remove the pc's from that network, ie; remove all the settings that were made etc?

Crunchie, you mean you just want to disconnect them so they aren't networked? Control Panel> Network Connections, then right click on your local area connection. On the first tab, "General", highlite "File and Print Sharing for Microsoft Networks", then click the "Uninstall" button right below it. That pretty much does it but you could also go into your firewall and block everything.

Thanks mtrox. Not connected through a LAN, but through wireless cards. Uninstalling from where you said removes it from all networks though :).
I've been having problems with sharing between the two pc's. Everything was fine when I first set them up, then after a few weeks, "poof," no printer sharing. Happened twice for no reason (that I could figure).
I think I will just get another printer for the other pc to make things less frustrating :D.
Cheers.
Chris.

Yea that would disable it all...you're right. Every now and then I loose my sharing and my IBM has done some thinking for me and unchecked the box by file and print sharing. A new printer might solve your problem, but it was caused in some network settings...not in the printer hardware itself.

Just go to the network connections window, right click the wireless adapter and click disable. Simple as that if you don't want the wireless active. Though things seem a bit vague.

I also connect to the net through the wireless, so I don't really want to disable that :D.
