Despite being the most expensive console on the market, Sony has decided to increase the console's price in Canada to $699.99
According to GamersReports (http://www.gamersreports.com/news/4876/sony-raises-ps3-price-in-canada/) the price has been upped by $40.00 from the original retail price of $659.99
The move brings Canada in line with what the US charges for the machine. Understandably this has local users fuming.
This seems consistent (http://www.theinquirer.net/default.aspx?article=37266) with Sony's other botches which has seen shortages, high prices and a badly managed launch.
