Why must idiots drive after they've been to a party? I stopped by a co-workers place today before coming in to work. Was there for maybe 30 minutes before having to leave, as I was trying to leave one other tried leaving. Mind you, 3 minutes before I saw him doing the side step left and right and then eventually falling over. THAT IS DRUNK, and you should damned well know it! So as I leave he sneaks out the door trying to get into someone else's car, we all try to stop him... it's the usual drunken bull**** of him trying to convince us and getting pretty violent. I was prepared for a fight if he got into his car, which I was going to prevent at any cost. I could care less if he pile drives himself around a street pole, but I don't want him ****ing up someone else's life.

We got him to stay, but as I was leaving I saw the pizza guy driving up. Apparently, from what I've been told he snuck out while the guys were paying for the pizza. He's the guy who's supposed to replace me in the morning, in less than 4 hours from now. Asleep or hurt, I don't think he's going to make it.

*******:rolleyes2

I know what you mean. I have a few stupid friends who are convinced they drive better drunk, meanwhile they cant even stand up and form a complete sentence. I'm not saying that I dont drink or that I'm against it, but damn....even when I'm drunk, I at least no not to drink and dive. I make sure that if I'm going to a party that I will either get a ride home from a DD, or if its close enough I will walk back. I'm in college right now and I dont have a car, so this isn't much of a problem for me as of now.

jack-knife to tires...he might be pissed at the time, but a life saved is worth some tires.

You could always let the air out his tires and save yourself the criminal mischief charge...

I think drinking and typing is more deadly.

Why would you call your girlfriends parents?...even when drunk. Drunk dialing can be deadly but fun, just like anything else these days. I like making drunk dials because it makes you feel like your having an important conversation, even though it may only be about something as random as what brand of pencils you prefer.

well, an ex gf or so ago I had one that didn't have a cell phone. So I called her house around 11 o'clock and her mom answered. I think she was having fun with me. Because I was still 'Hi Mrs. xxx" how's your night. And she was asking me all these questions I can't even remember. But she was laughing at me.

Now one night I was out with some friends, and I got pretty drunk, and I walk in the door and the tv is on, and I thought crap I'm busted. Nope! my mom was asleep in the recliner. So I'm doing my drunken victory dance thinking I got away with it, then on my way to my room I was like "I WIN, I WIN" and I caught a passing glimpse of the porcelain throne. I didn't win....

Your ability to do a victory dance while "pretty drunk" is outstanding. :rolleyes2

Usually a druken victory dance looks like doing 'The Twist' with no coordination or sense of rythm...

Well, sounds like you've lead a trite existence then.

I like this thread because it reminds me of why I enjoyed leaving high school entirely.

How many people who are against drinking and driving would actually get in a car driven by someone who's over the limit? That's just as bad in my opinion.
