Windows Explorer Crash/Dr. Morton Postmortom Debugger?

I downloaded some bad files from limewire. I uninstalled the program from the computer and ran my antivirus and Ad-Aware. The antivirus locked up everytime and no luck with ad-aware either.

Promblem: I cannot open the downloaded too folder. When I try to open it, Window's explorer stops functioning. Then I ignored that and tryed to make it a read only file. Then the the postmortom debugger came up and stalled my computer out.

I tryed to run another adaware program called AVG Anti-Spyware and it stalled up when it got to the desktop files as well...

If I could just delete the file I would...Please if you can, help me.
