hi.
ive followed all instructions on the sticky and then did a hijackthis scan.
i'd really appreciate it if someone could advise what to do next.
dont know if this helps, but im running windows XP, and as well as the recommended security software, i have bundled Norton security from my ISP:
anti-spyware
norton antivirus
norton personal firewall
pop-up blocker
