Would it fitt

Would the Zalman ZM80A-Hp VGa cooler fitt on my Gigabyte Maya 2 (Radeon 9700Pro)? I'm tired of my fan on the card getting dead and replacing it all the time so I'm gonna probably buy this one.
The main thing taht bothers me is that I don't know would it fitt on it?

I don't see why not. It looks like it's designed more for the ATi's than the Nvidia's

And when I'm buying I would also like to know what cooler for the CPU is better:
Zalman CNPS5100-CU or
Alpha PAL8045U.
The second one I have and I intend to sell it and buy the Zalman.
but, is this a good investment or not? Please tell...

If your gonna OC, kep the Alpha, or go to water. If you want peace and quiet at stock speeds get the Zalman.
