What is your favorite meal???

After replying to another therad I got hooked on the food theme. Actually I'm getting kind of hungry. ***About this time Tex starts to drool at the mention of food*** What would you eat for dinner if you could have anything you wanted tonight?

For me it would be Beef Wellington with Bearanaise sauce accomanied be some fresh steamed Asparagus with oysters on the 1/2 shell for an appatetizer and a '68 Heitz Cellars "Martha's Vineyard" Cabernet. That's today.....It could all change tomorrow!

Backing off of the red meat as of late and had to get rid of some carbs to get the weight down. Not a problem though. It's perfect weather for the Barbie.

A planked salmon, some bacon wrapped shrimp kabobs with mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, onions and peppers, and mandarin orange salad.

Reality check: Leftovers from last nite's barbie. Pork Chops.

Unaju (a japanese dish consisting of barbequed eel strips over rice with Daikon radishes and some octopus thrown in for good measure) and some sushi. omg omg omg I could eat sushi forever.

Four thick pieces of french toast topped with melted butter, powdered sugar, and lots of warm maple syrup. And of course, a tall ice-cold glass of milk to wash it down.

Three chesse (rigotta, mozzarel and parmesian) spinach stuffed lasagna made by my mom with a steak with some nice spicey home made bbq sauce made by me. after that a salad(tomatos, cherry tomatos, lettuce, cucumbers, red onions, italian dressing) and to finish it off a scoop of pistachio and a scoop of butter pecon
