"The advantage of being able to choose either USB or Firewire makes the drive very versatile. The included software is fairly robust, though still user-friendly. DVD Builder is a great application for parents wanting to backup family videos. And the DVD+R format is still more widely supported by DVD-ROMs and home DVD players."

"Today we have a look at a "Beta" product from OCZ Technologies; the dual channel kit of 4200EL DDR. OCZ Technologies has begun to ship Beta samples for us to test! This dual-channel kit contains two 256mb sticks, rated at a speed of 533MHz DDR with timings of 3-4-4-8...."

"The last Antec case we took a look at was the super quiet Sonata. I like that case so much I still use it for my main work/gaming machine. The lifestyle series of cases, as Antec like to call them, is evolving and the newest addition to the family is the Antec Minuet."

"If there’s one task for your home PC that requires the fastest, largest, and most capable system that you can afford, it’s digital video editing. Don’t be fooled into thinking that it’s the die-hard PC gamers of this world who are the performance freaks, digital videographers have them beaten hands down. After all, drop one or two frames in your favourite first-person shooter, and you’ll probably be too busy dodging artillery to notice..."

"Clear a spot on your desk and setup your ICEMAT On Ice: After Dark. We noticed the movement of the mouse was amazingly smooth on the glass surface, and we did not have any problems with noise from the mouse on the glass surface."

“Looking closer at the northbridge heatsink itself, I almost thought that, minus the size, it could possibly be a relative of the OCZ Gladiator line of coolers. With the aluminum shroud bolted to the solid copper base, it was almost like déjà vu. Removing the 4 mounting screws and pulling away the shroud, we get a good look at the solid, copper core. One thing for sure, the core is no slouch when it comes to weight. If it wasn’t for the smaller dimensions, it could almost pass as a CPU heatsink.”

"For the computer technician a KVM (Keyboard, Video, Mouse) switch is an invaluable tool as it allows one to use multiple computers with just one keyboard, mouse and monitor. Justcom manufactures many different switches to suite your needs."
