I am running a Athlon XP 2600+ 333FSB @ 2.305Ghz 400FSB (11.5x200). My core is at 1.775 and my DDR volt is at 2.8 100% Stable. I am able to run at 2.4Ghz but my Prime95 test always fails. I'm using a Asus A7N8X Deluxe version 2.0 w/ latest BIOS. I was wondering if they is anyway to up the DDR voltage 2.8 is the highest it'll go... Or is there anyway to gain better stability at 2.4ghz. Cooling is a Exos...

You could try to bump the memory voltage up and see if that helps you will have to get one of the uber bios to get 2.9v though. But you probably won't get your cpu mhz up to much more since the Asus mobo only gives you 1.85vcore to play with you also might try bumping the vcore up a little more and see if that helps make it prime stable just watch your temps.

Like summons says, raise the vcore to say 1.8v and see if that solves your stability issue, if not then you're definitely hitting a ceiling with your RAM at 2.8v

From my understanding, you'll have to volt mod your board to get more vdimm, I'm not aware of any 'uber' bios that you can use.

also see how hot your northbridge is getting, along with other components. something else might be overheating
