Hello people.
My girlfriend has just come back from holiday, and she bought herself a laptop. I think its a Samsung X10 or similar. Anyway she would like it to look different from everyone else's lappy, so I have been given the "delightful" task of customising the Windows interface for her. I think she wants the whole works like animated icons, wallpaper, sounds etc. So please can anyone post some good links to sites that offer such things like icons, windows themes etc for my mission? She likes "Hello Kitty" cartoon character, and pandas. Bascically anything that is "cute" to a female.

Thanks in advance.

http://www.stardock.com/products.asp is your answer...they have tools and supporting icons/themes for everything.

I use IconPackager from that site coz it allows you to change every single icon.

But, www.themexp.org is also a good place for Windows XP themes (albeit you don't get as much customization compared to StarDock, but it's decent).

A good place for icons, media player skins and what-not is http://www.wincustomize.com/ and http://www.deviantart.com/

Thanks Versello.
Am experimenting with the programs! Seems pretty good at its job. Pitty it not Freeware.
