Wanted: Cell phone ringtone converter

Anybody know of any free cell phone ringtone converters? I can't seem to find any that or free and I'd hate to break down to buy one just so I could have mario brothers on my cell phone.

Speaking of ringtones, I highly doubt it, but is there ANY possible way of getting ringtones for a Nextel i95cl other than from iDEN update? It really pisses me off how they over charge for all there downloads.

I actually don't have a Nextel anymore. I switched to AT&T. Much better prices.
