so...my friend decided to send the president of SunnComm Technologies Inc. this email:

What is your opinion on companies that provide vastly inferior technologies and place the blame of the ineffectiveness of their products on college students with the minimal intelligence needed to bypass the meager restrictions placed on the products? Oh and by inferior technologies, I'm including anything that can be bypassed by holding down the shift key. Thanks in advance for your response.
