MSN Adware?

Hi people.
For about 2 weeks I keep getting these DestroyAds messages, all of which seem to stem from MSN messenger. See image attached. This must be some sort of adware installed on my system but cant find it. Also it pops up even when I am NOT signed into MSN. So any ideas on how to stop these intrusive and annoying mesages?

I think it's actually the windows messenger service being used.

Try removing/disabling it using this (http://www.icrontic.com/index.php?module=downloads&cat=7&id=7) (assuming you're using windows xp/2000).

Or you can disable the service....set it to "manual". OR...if you have a firewall installed, it should block them without you even knowing.

I think that's about all the script does, diables it and allows you the ability to remove it from windows if desired (through add/remove windows components).
