One is double sidded and one isnt. The density will be higher on the 8 chip stick. Whichever is cheaper you can get. They are both the same.
I am presuming you are not OCing with PC133? I have heard single sided OCs better than double. Thats in extreme OCing tho.
Either will work.
thanks mmonnin, but the price difference between the two is rather big... how to tell if its 8-chip or 16-chip? by looking at the number of chips on both side? if 8-chip can OC better, why is the 16-chip much more expensive?

I believe the more "chips" the better if I remember correctly. This is because there are more chips to work and provide data rather than a limited amount.

From what I was told, there are major Compatibility issues with double sided pc133 ram.
As in, you plug the ram in and it only detects half the capacity

I would guess that some chipsets dont really know to look for more banks those the lose of half the memory.
