I think its good that we caught him as he will finally be brought to justice. I'm not sure what punishment fits what he has done so I kind of have mixed feelings.

So Saddam is now in the hands of the coalition? So nothing new there then, he has been in the hands of the coalition for at least the last twenty years, even his placement as leader of Iraq has dubious surroundings. The only good news out of this whole sordid affair is that with an open trial, the world will finally wake up to the fact that this monster was created financially and with full support by the west even more so by the current US administration.
