KT7A, GeForce3, and WinXP

I remember many moons ago, when XP came out, that there was some sort of issue between the KT7A-Raid, Geforce3, and Windows XP. I don't remember what it was or what the fix was. I'm planning on upgrading from Windows 98 (which has worked great for gaming, btw) to Windows XP.

Anyway, if anyone knows anything about this, I would GREATLY appreciate it!

Beats me, I used to run XP on a KT7A-Raid with an Athlon 1.2ghz and a VisionTek Geforce 3 64MB card and I don't remember any huge problem or anything...

Hmmm, I had the same board with an XP1600 pally and a GF3 Ti500 and winxp and it ran like a champ.

When installing XP, the setup program had problems with a lot of newer cards on older boards.

My KT7 RAID installed XP fine with the Voodoo5 5500 AGP, but would NOT install XP with my Gainward TI4200 G4.
