Do you know any software which will tell me the actual bandwidth of my internet connection?
Free would be good.

Don't think there's a software for that. I think it's measured by a server on how fast a file is downloaded/uploaded.

yeah, the two best methods for doing this is either going to go to http://www.dslreports.com and doing their bandwidth thing or the other way, is to get a little program called DU Meter. I absolutely love it. It measures your current uploads and downloads at any given time. anyway, hope this helps, and also
