View Full Version : Swiftech MCW50 Vga water block

Just got this block used for a great deal. Also included was the mounting hardware for both the Nvidia and Ati cards, 1/2' ID adaptors and as a bonus an unused lapping kit! The block tho used is in xcellent condition. I'll be mounting it to my 9700p.
Of course no thread should be without a pic :D

i had a waterblock like that, it killed my r9700pro

it also killed septimus r9700..
dont screw it on too tight, the board will bend :(

Yeah I took a good look while i was tightening up the screws. Found the pcb had a little bend and quickly unscrewed it so the board was straight again and just tightened it up so it fits snug.
I had to reconfigure the dang lines. I don't use a rez so now i have to let the system bleed itself out. I went back to stock speeds until it's bled, then i'll crank her engines up to full speed :D
So far so good, i'm happy.

Tell me about it =/ I have bent my 9800 so much at one time that i couldn't even get it in the agp. I was like wtf before i saw what the problem was.
