I used to breakdance back in the 80's when it first was around and I could still drop to the ground and do "the worm" or helicopter spins or other things without hearing my spine crunch. Now about the only think I can do is poping and locking, unfortunately that's usually every morning from the time I get out of bed until I hit the shower and it's strictly involuntary.
