An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth, and a nut for a nut. Just give him back what he gave the dog. Thats all I have to say about that.

They need to tie his balls to a catapolt and make him fly in the air. Depending on the strenght of the catapult they can also tie bricks to his neck, legs, and arms for a better air effect. To add more excitement, he could land in a pile of scrap metal, and be immediatly shot with a AK47 to make sure he's done.
