WTF! :mad: What happend to mem prices?! Did I miss something, or am I just Crazy? :loco:

I had several different matched sets of 512Mb sticks picked out, they were about $220 to $250, now they are $275 to $315. :confused:

your right, the memory prices went up.

i built a new computer about 2 weeks ago and I was glad that I did because i was told they were going to go up!

Yea, back to the age old questions,

1. 1G of value ram, Not bad$
2. 1G of fast ram, OUCH $
3. 512 of fast ram single stick, not great $
4. 512 of fast ram matched set, not bad $

:loco: Just not sure. I do overclock, but I'm no Nebulous. I do video editing and DVD stuff, plus I'm a gamer at heart and LOVE nice graphics.

Versello, you went for 1G of value ram, why?

1 gig of "value" RAM didn't burn a hole in my pocket :) I don't intend on overclocking much, and I right after I built my comp the weather got f#cked over and it's blazing hot here now so overclocking doesn't look very promising.

Hey, are you in the same weather pattern we are in? I'm in the mid states. It was like 50 for high 3 days ago, 2 days ago 90 for high (record) humid and WINDY (like 40+ constant), then strong storms, and now it is probably not even 50, and there is a cold light rain.
