half Life 2 Leaked Again?

I've heard a rumor that Half Life 2 has been leaked again, does anyone know much about it?

This doesnt say much for Valve, how can a professional company allow this to happen twice?

It might be a resurgence of the original code. I say this because they seem to have caught the guy who stole it, same guy who put together that Sasser worm.
