Problem with Shuttle XPC SN41G2

I just bought a Shuttle XPC SN41G2, new install XP pro, sp1 and nvidia driver and even with the latest Bios. The sound and front usb port are not working at all. The nvidia sound driver and USB driver did loaded without problem, but no sound and front usb at all. I tried reformat/new install my hard disk (3) times already, but still no luck. I use all latest driver from nvidia and still no luck, and now I have no idea what to do, this is my first nforce 2 PC, what can I do, please help! :p Thank you in advance. :drinkup:

can u crack the case open and double check the connections made from the front panel to the mobo? is this used or new?
